About the Host
Michael Hauge
Michael is the founder of Pertama Partners, an EO member of twelve years, and a serial entrepreneur with operating experience across Southeast Asia and North America. He has hosted small-group leadership gatherings on four continents — and designed Pertama Summits after recognizing that the most valuable conversations rarely happen on stage.
Every attendee is personally reviewed by Michael before an invitation is extended. He selects the cohort, the location, and the questions — with the same care he applies to every Pertama investment.
